		<description>Actually pickle juice contains very much salt, so you should just drink a shot of it. I do that sometimes, the rest goes in the garden on the composter. Pickle juice is said to be very good against muscle cramps and also good to stay hydrated. Its a good alternative to soja sauce or salt in your food. I have to admit i like the pickles better than the juice ;)</description>

		<description>My Dad always claimed that pickle juice is good for heartburn.  He he drinks it when he has indigestion.  

We also use it in our potato salad which is a Thanksgiving Dinner favorite in our house. :)</description>

		<description>I add chopped jalapenos, habaneros, garlic and fresh dill to the pickle juice, along with blanched green beans. OMG they are spectacular. Also works with asparagus, cocktail onions, and brussels sprouts! I love bloody marys and they are a wonderful garnish for sunday brunches with the boyfriend. But I do love eating them by themselves, too. 

But also, after all of the juice is gone, pickle jars are perfect for storing soups. I always have trouble storing a large batch of soup, but the jars work so well!</description>
